I made these today and they are delicious   After reading the sauce was thin, once I took out the meatballs out I took a little broth and mixed it with cornstarch then added it back in before melting in the cream cheese. The only thing my husband and I talked about at dinner was the moist meatballs and to-die-for gravy. I LOVE most of the recipes on here and am used to it being a light version of things but this was just bland and no matter how I doctored it, it just wasn’t worth it ☹️. Healthier I am sure.. Thank you Gina. Set aside. These are FANTASTIC! In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, panko, salt and pepper. Absolutely delicious!! They were delicious. It is total comfort food for me. Thank you. It got a little thicker, but not much. – a compliment to you. LOL. It was still amazingly delicious! This was my first time to make meatballs myself instead of using frozen ones and I will never go back to using frozen. We enjoyed these as a variation from the same old meatball in marinara! So great, had to use some cornflour and water to thicken up the sauce. In the end, before adding the meatballs back in, I think you have to cook down the sauce to make it creamier. It was an amazing version of Beef Stroganoff!!!
